Algorithm Institute nurtures thinkers, makers, and leaders who will shape a smarter, fairer,
and more connected future.

Teaching Guidelines
At Algorithm Institute, tutors are more than educators — they are mentors, innovators, and role models.
To maintain excellence and align with global standards of education (UNESCO, OECD, and leading
learning platforms worldwide), we follow a set of teaching guidelines that ensure quality,
inclusivity, and impact in every course delivered.
- Global Relevance: Content must prepare learners for real-world challenges, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the future of work.

- Clarity & Structure: Lessons must be well-structured, with clear objectives, step-by-step explanations, and achievable learning outcomes.
- Accuracy & Integrity: All teaching materials should be fact-checked, ethical, and rooted in academic or professional credibility.
- Active Learning: Encourage participation through discussions, assignments, projects, and real-world problem-solving — not just one-way instruction.
- Fair Assessment: Quizzes, assignments, and grading should be transparent, unbiased, and designed to measure actual skill growth.
- Innovation: Tutors are encouraged to experiment with creative teaching styles, interactive technology, and storytelling to spark curiosity.
- Respect for Time: Courses and lessons should be well-paced, concise, and mindful of learners’ time while maintaining depth and value.
